2. Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out to your registered email.
If it has been more than 24 hours and no action contact us at  support@outrunthedark.com for us to check into it.
3. How can I check the status of an order?
Go to the Order Tracking Page and put in your tracking number sent to your inbox.

4. When do I get my package?

Each product is printed and made to order on a 3 day average. Standard shipping times are 5-7 days for US shipping and 10-20 days for International. 

We ship both from the US and Europe, and your package will be sent from the best location depending on stock and where you are located.

If your order contains more than one item your order might come in multiple packages in order to limit shipping times. 
5. What is your refund policy?
Received a shirt and it doesn't fit? Just reach out to us and we can take care of you. All you have to do is send it to our business address. Upon return we will refund you and you can reorder in the size you desire. Send us a email at  support@outrunthedark.com for further help.
