Find a local running club or fitness class. Get together and sweat together. Keep showing up. It will change your life.

DO HARD THINGS
Do things that scare you. Sign up for that race or class or challenge and be vulnerable. Then, embrace the suck. The more voluntary suffering you build into your life, the less involuntary suffering will affect you. And you might just discover you’re capable of more than you ever imagined.
