Each design and product is printed and made as we receive your order. This process takes 1-7 days with an average of 3 days. Standard shipping times after that are 3-7 days for US shipping and 10-20 days for International orders.
Please note that International orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipient's responsibility.
We ship both from the US and Europe, and your package will be sent from the best location depending on stock and where you are located.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand by a 100% happy or your money back-guarantee. That means that if an item does not fit or if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will get you a new size or refund as you wish.

IS THERE A CUSTOMS CHARGE?
If you order from outside the US, there might be a customs charge depending on what country you live in.
Unfortunately, some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for importing goods over a certain value.
This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company, so we don’t get any of it.
Please make sure you check what customs rules apply to your country before ordering.

WHERE CAN I FIND TRACKING INFORMATION?All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out to your registered email. If it has been more than 24 hours and no action contact us at support@outrunthedark.com for us to check into it.
WHY DOES MY ITEM SMELL LIKE VINEGAR?
You may notice a vinegar smell on your apparel. Don't worry! It's from a fixation agent applied during printing and it's not permanent.
It's needed so ink bonds with the fabric. Without it, ink would flake off the garment. It will dissappear with the first wash.
WHY IS THERE STAINS ON MY ITEM?
You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue, but don't worry!
This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. If it does not go away after the first wash let us know and we will send you a new one!
HOW COME YOU ONLY DONATE 10% ?
We are not opposed to increasing the amount donated to research in the future, but right now 90% of the profit goes back to building this movement further.
We believe we can have the biggest impact by being an advocate for normalizing mental health and creating conversations around anxiety and depression that otherwise wouldn't be taking place.
Outrun the dark is not a non-profit organization, we are a regular apparel brand that has made ending the stigma surrounding anxiety and depression a core goal of the company.
Although normalizing mental health is a big obstacle in this social media-facade era of ours, it is not everything. That's why we also donate 10% of profit to research on conquering treatment-resistant anxiety and depression.

Is everything on sale?
Yes, absolutely everything will be on sale. No discount code needed—just add to your cart and check out as quickly as possible.
Can I use discount codes or reward points?
No. All products are already discounted, and we have deactivated all discount codes.
If you’re in our reward program, you’ll still earn points if you check out with the same email. Save those codes and points for when we’re not on sale!

Can I return my Black Friday Order?
All items are able possible to exchange/refund/return like always EXCEPT products marked with "WH". These can be refunded but not returned/exchanged.
What are "WH" products?
These are simply products we have in our warehouse (WH) with very limited stock, and will be the highest discounted products.
