Estimated fulfilment time:

Each product is printed and made to order, so your order will be sent out on within 1-7 days. The average being within 3 days of ordering.

Estimated shipping times: 

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

We ship both from the US and Europe, and your package will be sent from the best location depending on stock availability and where you are located.

If your order contains more than one item your order might come in multiple packages in order to limit shipping times. 

International shipping:

Please note that International orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipient's responsibility.

For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Custom fees must be covered by customer. 


Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, let us know asap! 

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@outrunthedark.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
