We want to break down the stigma and shame surrounding depression and anxiety. In order to do so we need your help.

If you want to tell your story anonymously you can write us here, on instagram or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Why should I tell my story? Depression and anxiety can be very lonely, and by sharing your story you might help someone else going through hell.
Are you going through it now telling your story will shine a light on the monsters lurking in the dark, feeding off of shame and secrecy. Every time we tell our story we lighten our own burden.
